Each time I have tried this blend there has been a new and pleasant surprise!
It’s a thin burgundy in color with heavy well spaced legs.
As red blends go this is a slightly bold and inoffensive wine. Not overly tannic and slightly dry. The flavors are elusive. Definitely cardamom. It’s not fruit forward. It’s all earth and wood and spices.
The nose has some pepper and leather with a bit of smoke. A green heirloom brought out the earthiness of this particular bottle.
Definitely a fun bottle!
