A bold flavorful red blend, slightly tannic, with a lovely soft cherry finish without being tart. There is a slight spicy smoky flavor adding to the complexity of flavors.
The full nose has warm earth tones of mushroom with a slight smokiness and crisp citrus.
I am partial with wines from Argentina to be honest. I actually Bought this one for the label. It was kinda sexy.
We have been experimenting with the Beyond Meat products and had some of the Italian sausages and sauerkraut to go along with this one. Actually a fantastic pairing.
