Not a bad red blend. There’s a blend of rich dark fruits (plum, dark cherry) while being light and slightly acidic.
Smells pretty tannic with a Cabernet and Pinot Noir nose for sure. Basically I smell the cab and Pinot. But interesting that the Pinot tames the heaviness of the cab giving it a crispness. Not a lot of mouth feel in the finish (end of the sip) as you drink this wine.
It’s a-mazing with a Beyond meat patty and salsa!
I really think this was an enjoyable bottle!
