The legs are spread pretty far apart so not a lot of residual sugars. It’s a dry not a lot of fruit flavors. Leather and tobacco notes which is why it initially reminded me of a Cabernet. Also some dark fruit with peppery notes too. Interestingly however I kept getting a Mellon aroma just after swirling the wine in the glass. Crazy! The swirling of the wine glass activates esters and aromatizes them, which allows you to smell more of the wine.
Overall this is a pretty mellow table wine with a neat label. This would benefit by being paired with a red meat.
